Before making any investment decision it is important to understand the subject. As many are aware, the Silver-Investor.com Web site has been one of the longest running and certainly the most prolific, in writing public commentary on “Money, Metals, and Mining.” Mr. Morgan has spent his personal time and resources to educate all with Internet access about the current financial system and how important the precious metals are in today's world.

As you can
clearly see, the words gold and silver do not appear in our mission
statement, yet they follow closely because today's system is based upon
a lie. The lie is that you can get something for nothing, or perhaps
more simply stated, wealth can be printed. History has shown throughout
5000 years that whenever a country has tried to maintain this illusion
(lie), failure has been the result. We have commented on this fact
numerous times, and a Google search will cite many of our writings,
interviews, and radio programs.
It is our conviction that silver will outperform gold over the long run,
and so far the facts bear this out. This means that silver has
appreciated even relative to gold, basis the bull market in silver
starting around September 2003. If this bull market is similar to the
last one (1965-1980), we expect the ratio to drop to 16 to 1 or perhaps
even as low as 10 to 1. This does not eliminate gold from a balanced
metals portfolio but does argue strongly that those with only gold in
their portfolios are perhaps missing larger gains ahead.
At this point you may want to know why you would want to subscribe. We
realize that there are many choices of investment newsletters and the
ability of the publishers varies widely. Some focus on micro cap
companies and others on specific sectors. Although one of our prime
concerns is all information affecting the silver market, we do take a
broader view on investment choices. The monthly reports normally cover
the economy from a global perspective, the U.S. stock market, both
silver and gold, and rare earth elements. Additionally, we listen to our
subscribers and in most issues address some of the most important
questions sent in to our staff.
You need a warning, however: this is not a beginner’s report—the reader
should be familiar with financial terminology, some of the slang used in
futures trading, and at least an intermediate level of experience of
investing. In other words, this is NOT for everyone, and beginners would
best be served by subscribing to a general market letter, not one that
focuses on the resource sector.
